Xin Point Group accelerates its global production capacity layout

In order to obtain more high-quality orders, Xin Point is also accelerating its global production capacity layout.
Xin Point's first overseas factory is located near Leon, Mexico. It has helped the group obtain a large number of high-quality orders from the North American region. This factory integrates a variety of processes, including injection molding, electroplating, spraying, and assembly. 2023 From year onwards, personnel optimization, has entered a benign operating state ， and has begun to profit. Due to North American new business rapid increase, the group 2024 year in the Mexican factory to build 2024 year December to begin trial production.
Since early 2024, Xin Point has started the construction of its Malaysian factory. This will be our second overseas factory. The factory is located in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, with a superior geographical location; and focuses on injection molding, electroplating, spraying and assembly processes. The factory will start operation before the end of 2025.
In addition to the two overseas factories mentioned above, in 2023, the group also added production capacity in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, China. Jiujiang currently has two factories, namely Jiujiang Xin Point Auto Parts Co., Ltd. and Jiujiang Xin Point Surface Treatment Co., Ltd.
Jiujiang Xin Point Auto Parts focuses on injection molding, spraying and PVD processes, specializing in the production of large size parts parts and will successively from April 2024 to June 2025 batch delivery.
Jiujiang Xin Point Surface Treatment Co., Ltd. focuses on electroplating processes, established a small hexavalent chromium-free electroplating special line. The line has been available since April 2024 and is undergoing continuous process verification. This electroplating special line is according to the latest environmental standards designed and built ，will provide support for the expansion of the European market early support.
