Sunshine Project of Xin Point Industry and the 2018 University Students Training Program have successfully concluded

In July, 218 recent graduates from universities across China, carrying the heartfelt advice and expectations of their alma maters, embarked on their dream journey, choosing Xin Point Industry as the starting point of their dreams.
This year's new recruits gathered in Huizhou for three weeks of onboarding training, successfully completing all onboarding training programs and assessments, including theoretical lectures and department internships. During this time, they also participated in various extracurricular cultural activities, gathering together at Huizhou's famous scenic spots, Xihu Lake and Honghua Lake, to experience the local culture; visiting Jianbang Industrial Park, Longxi Industrial Park, and Longhua Industrial Park, gaining a firsthand understanding of the company's advanced production capabilities and the grand plans for new bases; and participating in a friendly basketball game, where they poured out their sweat and forged genuine friendships.
This training aims to strengthen the new university graduates' sense of identity and belonging to the company, improve their skills and professional qualities, promote the comprehensive improvement of their overall qualities, enable them to play a vital role in the company's development, and lay a solid foundation for the healthy and stable development of Xin Point.
